Identity

Under the Identity tab, you’ll find three powerful ways to customize your AI Chatbot: Personality, Voice, and Video Avatar (currently in beta). Each one adds a layer of realism and individuality to your AI Chatbot.

Personality

Shape your chatbot’s tone, purpose, and style:

• Name & Tagline – Give your AI Chatbot a distinct persona with a custom name and tagline.

• Greeting – Set a friendly welcome message to start conversations on the right foot.

• Suggested Questions – Add FAQs to guide users and surface quick answers.

• Purpose – Define how your AI Chatbot should behave and what it’s designed to do.

Voice

Bring your AI Chatbot to life with a unique voice:

• Upload or record a custom voice

• Or connect to ElevenLabs using your API key for advanced voice synthesis

Video Avatar (Beta)

Let users speak face-to-face with your AI:

• Create a lifelike avatar with HeyGen

• Choose a stock avatar, generate one from scratch, or clone your own likeness

• Connect your HeyGen API key to enable live video chat

Under the Training tab, you’ll find four ways to enrich your AI Chatbot’s knowledge base and make interactions more helpful, relevant, and lifelike. Each source you add helps shape a more accurate, responsive AI companion.

Website Integration

Discord Integration

Connect your AI Chatbot to your Discord server for real-time conversations.

How It Works:

• In private chats: full conversation history is saved for better context
• In public channels, the last 25 messages are used for contextual responses; messages contribute to training data

Telegram Integration

Allow users to interact with your AI Chatbot through Telegram.


To Connect:

1. Create a Telegram bot and obtain your Bot API key
   
2. Enter the key in the provided field
   
3. Click “Connect”
   
   
   Your AI Chatbot will then be able to communicate via Telegram DMs or channels, just like it does on the web.

Insights

Track and improve your AI Chatbot’s performance with live data and conversation logs. The Insights tab includes two powerful tools: Conversation History and Analytics.

Conversation History

Get a full view of every customer interaction your AI Chatbot has had, all in one place.
