Knowledge Base V2 allows you to upload a wide range of content to train your AI Chatbot, including:
You can add multiple files or entries at once, which are processed independently and appear in the Knowledge Entries section once ready. You can also see the real-time status of your uploads from the queue.

Deleting entries: From the Knowledge entries list, click the trash bin icon to permanently remove an entry. Deleted entries cannot be recovered, and your AI Chatbot will no longer use the content as a source.

Preview your AI Chatbot and see a confidence score for every answer, showing how reliable its responses are.
