Level Up Your AI Chatbot’s Skills in Minutes

At Sensay, we’re always improving our tools to make building AI Chatbots more intuitive. This week, we launched Knowledge Base V2, making it easier than ever to train your AI agents.

 

Upload Any Type of Content

Knowledge Base V2 allows you to upload a wide range of content to train your AI Chatbot, including:

  • Documents
  • Spreadsheets
  • PDFs
  • Images
  • Audio
  • Videos
  • Web links
  • Or type directly in the Studio.

You can add multiple files or entries at once, which are processed independently and appear in the Knowledge Entries section once ready. You can also see the real-time status of your uploads from the queue.

 

How to train your AI Chatbot:

  • Files - Click Upload or drag and drop a file
  • Links - Click Links button and paste the URL
  • Text - Click Text button, add a title, and paste the content

Maximum file size: 50MB

Processing time:

  • Small files: 10-60 seconds
  • Large files: 3-8 minutes

Organize, Summarize & Preview

Keep your knowledge base tidy and easy to manage:

  • Filter by type - File, Text, Website, YouTube
  • Search by phrase - Quickly locate the content you need
  • Advanced AI summaries - Key facts from each resource
  • Entry details - Name, type, modification date, and content preview
  • Edit & verify - Open knowledge entries to view original content, update text entries, check AI-generated summaries, and see when the AI last updated the resource
  • Source references - Shown when previewing AI Chatbot responses for transparency

Deleting entries: From the Knowledge entries list, click the trash bin icon to permanently remove an entry. Deleted entries cannot be recovered, and your AI Chatbot will no longer use the content as a source.

Confidence Scores

Preview your AI Chatbot and see a confidence score for every answer, showing how reliable its responses are.

Knowledge Base V2 handles diverse file types and large volumes of data smoothly, ensuring every piece of knowledge is correctly ingested and reflected in your AI agent’s understanding.
