September Showcase Highlights
The New Sensay Studio
The new Sensay Studio is where the magic happens.
With powerful customization options and brand-new Insights that track performance and engagement, Sensay Studio makes building and improving AI Chatbots fast, interactive, and simple.
The New Sensay.io & SNSY.ai websites
Our websites now match the ambition of our products. The new Sensay.io homepage is designed around clarity and focus, guiding visitors step by step through what an AI Chatbot is and how easy it is to create, train, and customise one using the Sensay Studio.
We’ve also redesigned SNSY.ai to set the narrative for the Sensay AI Engine. The new layout makes it simple to explore the ecosystem, discover the groundbreaking applications built on top of our AI Engine, and learn about the token that powers it all.
Together, these redesigns position Sensay as both a leading AI product and a powerful infrastructure layer for the next generation of AI applications.
Updates from Marco Bettiolo, Chief Technical Officer at Sensay.
Marco shared just how far Sensay’s technology has come in recent months, highlighting the launch of Sensay AI Engine v2 with major breakthroughs in content processing, video & audio intelligence, multilingual support, and a 40% boost in accuracy.
From advanced PDF handling to enterprise-grade reliability, the Sensay AI Engine is now more powerful than ever and available directly via API for developers to build on.
With it, businesses can launch AI applications in days instead of months, going to market 6–9 months faster than before.
Updates from Shane Sibley, Head of Business Development at Sensay.
Shane shared how Sensay is being adopted by a wide array of sectors and verticals, from chiropractic clinics improving patient support, research facilities managing complex data, and branding agencies integrating Chatbots into client campaigns.
New features such as hallucination checkers, confidence scoring, and full audit logs make deployments more reliable.
Updates from Dan Thomson, CEO of Sensay.
Dan shared some impressive numbers: 38,000 token holders, 30,000 daily active users, 200,000 community members, 25,000 Chatbots deployed, and 500,000 daily interactions.
Dan also gave a glimpse of what’s next.
In November, Sensay will launch a new product to solve the knowledge loss crisis, helping organisations capture and preserve critical knowledge when employees leave or retire.
